my task was to create a block pyramid consisting of 6 blocks, 3 courses high in a order of 3, 2 , 1.
before i started the pyramid i supplied myself with the equipment and materials i need to complete the task, these were; blocks, trowel, level, marking gauge, and pug.
just before i started i made sure all my PPE was correct. for the task i had steel toe cap boots on the protect my feet from falling objects, gloves to protect my hands from skin irritation and cuts and goggles to protect my eyes from pug.
i layed each course correctly ensuring it was level, plum and the correct height.
once this task had finished i reported back to my tutor and cleaned my area.
Harley try add comments like found this easier than laying bricks or harder and why. I know you may of found this task harder as the moisture in the pug is absorbed by the blocks giving you less time to work with them.
