Common defects

Too much cement underneath will cause poor instillation.

The tiles could crack and this would cause the tiles insides to get damp and the tile will start falling apart.

 If you don’t joint the tile up properly water could penetrate the roof.

1.      We will put up scaffolding providing a working platform to the property which will provide protection to the general public as well in accordance to height regulations

2.      Wear correct PPE such as safety gloves and goggles and a face mask to protect us from skin irritation inhaling any mortar or it getting in our eyes

3.      Keep the area below the building coned off and have as less as possible tools and materials on the roof as possible

After my trip to you property to view and quote you on your ridge tiles being replaced, I have come to the conclusion that all your ridge tiles need replacing due to decay and corrosion over the years, and finalised my quote. We will need material charge upfront for the materials which will be explained in the quote below. And the labour charge will be paid at the end of the job if you are satisfied.
